Our Shipping Policy

• You must be at least 18 years of age in order view or possess material of an adult nature.
• LOVE-INIT LTD Ltd reserves the right to change any product or website price at any time.

• Images and descriptions displayed on the website are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual item sent. This especially may occur when manufacturing packaging changes without prior notice to us.
• We reserve the right to reject any order placed with us without giving any reason. If an order is rejected we will attempt to notify you by email or telephone.
• All credit/Debit card transactions will appear as LOVE-INIT LTD   on your bank statement
  • UK Mainland
    Free carriage on orders over £200 ex VAT. Carriage on orders below £200.00 will be charged at £9.00 + VAT. Applies to Mainland UK Only. The Scottish Highlands may be subject to additional carriage charges, please contact us for full delivery prices.
  • Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands
    Free carriage on orders over £400 ex VAT. Carriage on orders below £400.00 will be charged at £18.00 + VAT.
  • Europe

Ownership

All goods remain the property of Love-Init Ltd until payment has been received in full. Until such time Love-Init Ltd shall:

• Have authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of the goods;
• Be entitled at any time and without the need to give notice, enter upon any property upon which the goods or any part are stored, or upon which LOVE-INIT LTD reasonably believes them to be kept.

Returns/Refunds Policy

We endeavour to dispatch your products as ordered but occasionally damages or shortages may occur. For damaged goods or shortages the following returns and refunds policy applies:

• IMPORTANT: Before returning damaged or faulty goods we request that you contact us.
• All damages must be reported to the carrier immediately.
• All damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
• All packaging must be retained to enable a full investigation to take place. Please ensure that the delivery docket is signed “damaged on arrival”.
• We cannot be held liable for orders shipped in good faith to an incorrect address due to wrong details having been entered on your registration form.
• When reporting any damages or missing product photographs must be provided as supporting evidence.
• If your shipment arrives with damage to the packaging (outer boxes / pallet / pallet wrap) photographs must be provided as supporting evidence.

Discreet Packaging

We understand the importance of confidentiality when it comes to intimate purchases, and we respect your need for discretion. Rest assured, your package will arrive in plain, unmarked packaging, with no indication of its contents. Your personal information is also handled with the utmost care and is never shared with third parties. Payment

Credit/Debit Card Payments

Credit / Debit card payments are processed on our website through Sage Pay – An independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay payments are processed through a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS). Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

LOVE-INIT LTD Ltd does not store or keep any Credit or Debit card details at its business location or at a remote location. Payment details submitted will only be used to process your order with Sage Pay and will not be held against your account.

UK Delivery

We offer four main delivery options to UK customers. Depending on the delivery option you select during the checkout process your order will be sent by either Royal Mail or Interlink Express.
